Mitch Baumhoefner is the Vice President of Elevate Roofing Solutions with more than 10 years of experience in commercial roofing. Starting as a project manager intern and advancing through project and service management roles, Mitch brings hands-on knowledge of every phase of a roofing project.

A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a degree in Construction Management, he combines technical expertise with practical field experience to deliver efficient, high-performing solutions. Known for his focus on trust, transparency, and strong partnerships, Mitch has successfully overseen projects ranging from complex multi-state installations to local work throughout the Mankato area.

Outside of work, he enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two children while staying active in the communities Elevate serves.
